How to compile C/C++ programme in Visual C++

Friends i have started a complete free tutorials on C/C++.  So i start firstly by installing good IDE(Integrated Development Environment).IDE consists of an Editor as well as the compiler. we use TC/TC++ for our C/C++ programme but it too old and traditional.In this codes are look messy.I recommended you to use visual C++ for your all C and C++  programme .Because they are modern compiler with easy to use GUI and they are available free of cost.You can download visual C++ free of cost with registration key.For registration key you must have a Hotmail Account.

Process to compile C/C++ program in visual C++

  • After downloading it open Visual Stdio.For this go to start menu and type in search Visual C++ or go to all programme and then Microsoft visual C++.
  • then click at File in upper side of it.in File click on New Project.then give name of your programme.folder name where you want to save your programme.
  • and then click on OK button.
  • After sometime new window is pop up.in this go to the Solution explorer.In it click on the project name as show in the picture:

  • A new window will pop up.in this window select properties then in the left side select C/C++.
  • A new drop down menu will open.In this  choose precompiled headers.
  • Again a new window open,click on precompiled headera  and then choose Not Using Precompiled Headers by drop down .

Again go to C/C++ drop down menu and select Advance option,and choose Compile as in drop down menu select language in which you want to compile your code either C/C++. as in following image:

After all apply effect press OK button.
